Our goal at Glamm Studio & Spa is to provide our guests with compassionate hair and spa services of the highest quality, while using only the best professional products and newest techniques. In order to continue to achieve our mission, the Leadership Team at Glamm Studio & Spa is focused on mentoring and training all service providers and support staff team members to reach their fullest potential.

All team members receive regular and ongoing training to stay current on the ever-changing fashion and techniques. By the way, the training consists of a combination of one-on-one outside consultants, one-on-one training/mentoring with various staff members, group training, outside classes, video sessions, along with optional training opportunities. With this intense but FUN training will give you the necessary skills and confidence in order for you to become one of the top 20% Service Provider in absolutely minimal time. Having this in-depth knowledge makes all the services you perform actually FUN and not scary painful....

Because of our well-defined program is only for the career-minded service provider, additional details and benefits are provided during our interview process.
